I used the Powers and Worshtil law firm to work with me to settle my brother and sister in law's estates. Zach was my attorney. He has been both very professional and a joy to work with. Zach & his staff were a great help with my deceased uncle's estate. Unfortunately his estate was not handled by my aunt for 2.5 years after his passing because she had developed dementia. After being appointed her power of attorney I found that his home was not being maintained and was in a tax sale. I was referred to Zach by the estate attorney, Attorney Scull, that I was using to handle my grandmother's estate. Zach and his staff were very professional and caring. Once appointed personal representative of the estate his team was quick to answer all my questions and I was able to save my uncle's home from the tax sale. This was very important as the proceeds from the estate went to care for my aunt's care in an assisted living facility, along with my mother and his other elderly sisters whom also currently need long term care in nursing facilities.
