I called multiple times during the designated appointment slot and received no answer. When we finally connected, she blamed me for being late instead of acknowledging the missed calls. Rather than listening to the full story or offering solutions, she raised her voice and doubled down when I tried to explain. She even personally attacked me -- unprofessional behavior when I was only looking for guidance. She also gave me incorrect information that directly contradicted what I had confirmed the day before, which made the issue harder to resolve. Instead of admitting she didn't understand the process, she doubled down. That shows a lack of knowledge of business processes and customer service. I had already researched a path forward, but wasted time trying to explore this legal avenue. A good lawyer would have identified the same options I found. Instead, she offered nothing useful and made the experience worse. Overall, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. I strongly recommend finding someone who actually takes the time to listen and provide clear guidance.
