Attorney Graves was awesome. She's very knowledgeable and strategic. I didn't require a lot of communication because her aura gave me confidence that she knew what to do and when. It's not easy going through this process with someone that has a lot of narcissistic traits. The unknown of his plans kept me on edge but her confidence calmed it each time. Her approach was very intimidating to the other party, ultimately he didn't show. She was able to guide me in my testimony and present my case in front of the judge leading to a ruling in my favor. Poor customer service. I originally called and inquired about service on 8/13. I Booked and paid $310 for a consultation. I cancelled the consultation shortly after I booked but days within my consultation on 8/15. I Left a message in regards of cancelling on 8/13. Brittany followed up the morning after stating that she received my message in regards of cancelling. She informed me the consultation was cancelled and the refund would be made within a few business days. She also stated I would receive a cancellation email in regards of the cancelled consultation. Which I hadn't received anything. I called days later to follow up, she stated she would reach out to Carmeice and would call me back! No follow up call. I then called for a third time inquiring about my refund. She stated I would have to wait until the end of August once they closed out their books for the month! And it would take 5-7 business days to receive the refund once their books was closed. I followed up a 4 time the first week of September she stated she was going to check with Carmeice for the cancellation email. I've called 3 times and left messages and the receptionist continue to pick up the phone transferring me straight to the call center. And I've left messages with 2 different people at the call center with not one of my calls returned! Please refund me for a service I didn't receive!
