I was disappointed by my experience with Maronick Law. Their website clearly states they handle medical malpractice cases, yet when I submitted my materials for review, one of their representatives texted me saying they do not handle malpractice. That is directly contradictory to what's advertised online.
I did not sign any agreement with them -- I simply shared information so they could evaluate whether to take my case. It feels like a waste of time to be misled in that way. The communication with prospective clients shows a lack of professionalism and respect.
I have since found a more responsive and honest firm that is now reviewing my case. In my life I have worked with many Law Firms and at one of my companies, had an Attorney on staff. Working with Lawyers is certainly not a new experience. I was referred to this firm with high marks. Yet, my experience was not even close to what I was led to believe. I was misled by whoever at the firm was communicating with me. Hopefully, a partner will review this.
