I explained my situation to him, and within the hour time frame, he assessed my situation and was very honest. Their office is nice, as well as their front desk receptionist. They treated me and my family member that came for support with dignity and respect. Sam even called me to check on how I was doing. He is so caring that I will come to him for any other needs. I have a penchant for writing verbose reviews, so here's the upshot right upfront. Over my career, I've been involved in many facets of contract law, worked with dozens of attorneys, and worked for a number of "Big Law" firms either directly or consultatively. On the heels of that experience, I worked with Bruce Luchansky on two separate personal legal matters recently. Consequently, he earned my professional respect for being a sharp, knowledgeable, intelligent, and proactive lawyer. Perhaps more significantly, he earned my personal respect as a downright decent guy. Mr. Luchansky is the best attorney I've had the pleasure of working with, and it isn't even close. So what makes a great attorney? Sure, you want someone who will be a vigorous advocate on your behalf, and someone who can help you attain your desired outcome. Certainly, you want someone who understands the law and how to apply it. I think that much is obvious, but once you check those boxes, what else is important? This question was much harder for me to answer before I met Bruce Luchansky. What you'll notice right away, is that Bruce brings a humble confidence to every conversation. He listens to understand - not just the problem and relevant case law, but perhaps more importantly, your perspective, your feelings, and your desired approach. When necessary, he then educates you on the law and your options from a place of empathy, rather than from a position of arrogance. He is able to decompose and explain even very complex legal issues in a way that a layperson can easily understand. Once decisions are made, and it's time to move forward, Bruce shines again. In my estimation, he has a brilliant legal mind, and he is one of the best wordsmiths I have ever encountered. The documents he drafts (be they contracts, formal letters, or even an informal email) are concise, articulate, easy to understand, and in my opinion, legally bulletproof. Still not sold? Keep reading... The final area in which Bruce not only excels, but stands completely apart from the rest of his profession, is basic human decency. He is compassionate and kind, and he genuinely cares for his clients' well-being. There is a saying in medicine that a doctor should treat the patient, not the illness. I'm not aware of any such aphorism in the legal profession, but if there were one, Bruce would embody it. He engages with people, not legal matters, and he does so on a personal level that feels more like you're being helped by a favored Uncle than a hired attorney. If you made it this far, congratulations! I hope you realize that the level of effort I put into writing this review is reflective of the opinion I hold of Bruce Luchansky and his firm. I highly recommend him without any hesitation or reservation.

I was referred to Mr. Luchansky by another firm and met with him for a consultation. I found him very professional, sensible, and direct. Given the circumstances, the process of resolving my case proved challenging at times yet he had a way to dissect matters in a sensible way, thus guiding me through the process and not taking any unnecessary steps backward. I learned a lot from him as we worked through my case and he has a way of setting expectations with clients to ensure he can help provide the best result/resolution available.
