When a much larger firm declined to take my case I was referred to the law office of Mr. Louis G. Close. I presented Mr. Close with all the information I had available by phone. To make matters more complicated I called Mr. Close at the very beginning of the COVID epidemic. Prior to moving to Texas to be close to family Mr. Close came to our house to go over the entire process and that it was a very unique case. It would be a complicated and difficult case going forward. Mr. Close made no promises to us with the exception that he would do his very best. To make matters more complicated the other party involved moved out of state. Mr. Close and his wife Tia were in constant contact with me throughout the long process. I am very disappointed with not only the way that the practice has operated in an unorganized fashion but very offended with the fact that for 10 months after my mom dies of medical malpractice from a practitioner sticking the covid swab too far up nose while in the hospital hallucinating and in tremendous pain from her AVM that the same hospital diagnosed her with the condition five months prior- and these people interviewed me about 10 times transferred me all over God's creation without informing me who each person was then for Louis G close the third to personally call me after giving me a run around for 10 months and no updates saying that he isn't even going to look at the medical records to move forward with this case because the keys had the word Covid in it. And that healthcare has an immunity to Covid related cases but the thing is he didn't even look at the medical records to know that she didn't die of Covid she never even had it it was because of the negligence of the hospital not knowing what the hell they were doing I am not reviewing her health history that they just diagnosed her with something five months prior and ended up killing her instantly and allowing her brain to believe until she went brain dead and has the nerve to call me and say it's not a priority for them it's a lost cause. Mind blowing
