Horrible, Alex Baldwin, dropped the ball on my case that was referred to their office by my attorney from Greenberg & Betterman. My paperwork never was touched, I never received a call from them & my appeal time passed. He wanted me to call my attorney to explain why he failed them & me. 3 years of work down the drain because of incompetent staffing. Sad state if affairs!!!
