I was a client here for over a year and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I often felt confused about the status of my case, and I struggled to get the clear guidance or consistent follow-up I needed. I was repeatedly told to check my own case status with Social Security rather than being walked through the process, and when I needed support with next steps, I didn't feel like I received it. Communication was very limited, and I never felt fully informed about what was happening or what I needed to do. Because I'm disabled and dealing with a lot medically, I needed someone who could be more proactive, responsive, and involved. That did not happen here. I eventually decided to seek help elsewhere. I hope the practice improves communication and support for future clients who may be overwhelmed or vulnerable like I was. Without any money of my own, I've been left homeless and destitute taking scraps from family who is not a safe place for me. My husband walked out back in 2023 and cut finances on a disabled wife for 22 months now. I tried to make this clear. I guess there was some sort of misunderstanding. I don't recommend this lawyer.
