I was referred to the firm after being involved in an accident. Used Cooper firm in 2016 and again in 2019. Although Covid interfered in the settlement, Mr. Cooper managed to successfully settle my latest case. Olga has been the most constant & I appreciate her always fulfilling my concerning needs.

Unsatisfied. Unwilling to negotiate, communicated with me regarding the case, dragging it out for 2 years, then abruptly cutting ties. His assistant displays unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. I recommend finding a more cooperative alternative. The letter PDF attached was highly unprofessional and included called me "Dear Sir" and "Fire Letter." Her demeanor was quite disrespectful.
