At first, he said he'd help and assured me I'd be covered for it. He told me to write something down on this piece of paper and send it off to the court, which only put me in a bad position at the end of the day because once the other party got the paper, they pushed the court date even closer. I finally got some meeting time with him like 2 weeks before the trial, and he didn't even give off any body language or tone of wanting to help. He kind of just went through the motions, but I didn't catch that same enthusiasm and energy of wanting to help when explaining my case over the phone with him. Then he proceeded to quote me a price after telling me I was covered two weeks prior on the phone. Why wouldn't you disclose that from the beginning to save both sides time and energy? In the end, he said the only thing he could offer was a phone call to the other party. I heard what sounded like him leaving a voicemail in the other room. Upon further investigation with the other party, I got word they never received any said voicemail from a law office called Michael L. Wilsman. At the end of everything, the energy felt off; it felt more like a sketchy lawyer trying to get one over on his clients to cash another check.
