What a great job this office does. Collections is an extremely hard job. Michelle does a great job that is probably thankless. Thanks to you and Kathleen and of course Al for taking on a task that is difficult and doing it well. Highly recommend them

This practice is so u professional. They tried to say I was served took me to court to just be told I wasn't served properly so it got thrown out. Then tried to put me in collection for a bill that they know I can prove that I didnt leave a property for no reason it was uninhabitable it was infested with mold and a hole in roof from a leak that his client refused to fix and I have all the evidence to back it up so instead of going to court again is trying collection not happening. So now im going to sue them for the stress that they have caused me and my children.

Mr Broughton has been doing our settlements and legal work for over 5 years , I don't have any complaints and reading comments makes me think if you had a medical bill and/or any involvement in not paying you're bills ,? He is hired to collect them , so writing a bad review only makes you unsatisfied because u owe !!! Bottom line remember he is hired to collect! his office is professional and I would recommend anyone to use mr Broughton ! Thank you sincerely David Barone

Omg the staff here is so unprofessional I called about a letter I got pertaining to a balance due from Mitchell martial arts and stated I broke my contract with them because of child touching allegations at that time and I did not feel it to be safe for my then 4yr old. I was called a liar and hung up on. Then when I tried to call back and speak with someone my phone call was rejected over and over again. Called from another number the same young lady picked up the phone and hung up in my ear. Just horrible experience. Don't do business here Update upon not being able to set up any arrangements with them due to the receptionist hanging up on me then paperwork was filed on me in court I was never served and one morning I woke up to the cops at my door serving an arrest warrant I was then arrested finger printed and processed all for something I did not owe and was never able to take to anyone about because I was hung up on over and over again. To top it off the same people who supposed to have served me the papers had the same address and the lawyer himself. All he did was file the paperwork and lie about serving it just to get me arrested. The police later checked and saw that the court papers were never served. This man is bad business. I never been arrested in my life the whole ordeal was a mess. And he didn't take me to court because he knew he would loose. The debt was over 12yrs old.

They keep sending threatening letters about a medical account that was 1. Covered by insurance, 2. 10 plus years old. 3. The practice isn't even open any longer. Woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me. This is quite clearly a scam trying to collect on bogus outstanding medical bills.
