I contacted Neil to prepare essential estate documents including two powers of attorney and the HIPAA document. As I already had a will Neil confirmed that it was complete and still meets Maryland requirements. Neil first prepared drafts of the three documents and shared these with me. We then met virtually and Neil very patiently and thoroughly answered my questions and explained what certain sections of the documents actually meant. Several days later Neil organized a meeting to sign and notarize the three documents.
