Not a bad attorney, knows the law and how to proceed with cases. The problem with this firm is that they are all about making money and will charge a large flat fee (in the thousands of dollars) and then deliver very little. In my contact with this firm, which lasted a few weeks dealing with a debt collector, I was sent one letter to "read over" which was full of typos (including my name being misspelled) and was simply a glorified way of asking the debt company to call me back. By getting up at 6AM and calling the minute they opened, I was able to do what Rosenblatt could not and resolved my problem myself - as far as I know, the company never even got his letters. When I asked for some of my money back, since he clearly didn't work more than one or two hours on my case, I was flat out told no, and was out a few thousand dollars. I won't be back and caution others to be very careful giving large amounts of money to this firm.

I can't thank Richard enough for his outstanding support throughout my DUI case. I took some time to write this review because I want to express my dissatisfaction with Richard Rosenblatt, Attorney-at-Law. I do not recommend that he handle anyone's bankruptcy. His office is overwhelmed; for Richard, it seems more about money than the client. He can be pretty nasty to his clients and tends to side with creditors, likely due to a lack of understanding of the full details of the case history. Whenever he communicates, he often asks for more money to address parts of the case where he was not initially involved. Richard repeatedly claimed he could secure our loan modification if we paid him $2,400. However, we accomplished that on our own, and I give all the glory to God for turning that situation around. We also hired him to handle a case in another state, which he had managed poorly. Ultimately, our bankruptcy was dismissed due to technical errors and a lack of communication. Fortunately, we were able to assume our home mortgage and complete our loan modification without his assistance, and we even had one car paid off. He had a hard time keeping attorneys; one was there a long time but was so overwhelmed that he missed important aspects of our case, which caused issues for us. The other was there less than 6 months, which explains why Richard had to become more involved and didn't bring himself up to speed with his clients' cases. Among these challenges was a bright spot: Richard's paralegal, Stephanie Gonzalez. She worked tirelessly to assist us despite being overwhelmed with her workload. It became clear that Richard needed more support to manage his clients effectively, as he often made mistakes that we had to correct with detailed documentation and emails outlining the chronology of events. His unpleasant demeanor and constant requests for more money led me to refuse further dealings with him. I was not about to pay someone to be nasty to me, forgetting that his clients are paying his salary.

I feel so blessed and so lucky to have found such an amazing law firm online. Mr. Rosenblatt is everything you could ever ask for in an attorney (kind, patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable). His Paralegal Stephanie Gonzalez is absolutely amazing as well. She listens to your needs, comes up with excellent strategies to remedy your problems, and makes you feel so comfortable through every process. Everybody at this office is very professional and so knowledgeable about the legal system, having decades of experience. I've worked with other law firms in the past and let me tell you that this firm is such a breath of fresh air. This particular firm has helped me like family through some of the most challenging/difficult events of my life. They always answer when you call, they always reply to my emails immediately, and they have held my hand since the first day I found them online. They are also extremely fair, and will work with you through all your legal challenges to get you to the finish line. I recommend anyone I know or love to work with the Law Office of Richard B. Rosenblatt. I wanted to share my personal experience online for anyone going through stressful legal battles, I promise you that it gets better when you find the right law firm. I would recommend this firm because they help with debt negotiations and mortgage loan modifications. The forbearance agreements offered by these lenders did not offer actual relief. The success of a loan modification really eased the burden. I would recommend their services so they can push it through and get a great result. I tried myself for months and the lender just kept asking for more documents. This firm got it done within 2 months. Highly recommended.
