Horrible experience lack of communication throughout the entire process. Only for me to have to call a handful of times to see what's going on with the case. Only for them to then tell me that they can't assist me further because it's a word of mouth! Between the two insurance companies. WTH I'm so upset. I could've just went through my insurance, now I'm lost as to if I will be responsible for fees. I'm already out of $1k deductible I had to pay to get my car repaired. A definite no go for these people. Hunter who was suppose to be the person helping me was very much giving she didn't care, I mean I never was contacted after I asked them for help here it is 3months later a complete waste of effort! I hate this

I am so disappointed, it's been over a year since my collision, which was a severe rear end collision where the other party was ticketed and at fault. Poor communication throughout the process, changes lawyers 3 times, and several months ago I was advised it was moving to their team that handles lawsuits and never heard anything back. Nobody will return an email or phone call, the absolute worst experience! This was such a simple case and I could have done better with the insurance company myself! They haven't even settled anything yet, I have no clue what is going on!
