I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience with Alejandra Ureta Martinez, immigration lawyer, was extremely disappointing. When you hire a professional--especially someone with a degree and a title--you expect not just expertise, but basic customer service, respect, and human compassion. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. From the beginning, the communication was poor and dismissive. Any questions I asked felt like an inconvenience, and instead of guidance or reassurance, I was met with attitude and a lack of empathy. In immigration matters, people are going through stressful, life-changing situations. The least a lawyer can offer is patience and understanding. And here's the truth: Skills can be learned, degrees can be earned, but compassion and empathy can NEVER be taught--either you have them or you don't. My experience made it clear that this office lacks both. I expected a professional, but what I got was the complete opposite. I would not recommend her services to anyone who values being treated with respect and dignity.
