For the past 7 years I have been working with Attorney Will Inman on my worker's compensation case. We just settled July 29, 2025 and I have appreciated his patience, honesty and willingness to always put other things aside (even vacation time) to address needs relating to my case. He is responsive and has always been respectful and helpful. I greatly admire his dedication to his profession and I can't recommend Mr Inman, his paralegal Miriam, assistant Betty and his firm enough! Everyone played a part, as a team, that resulted in a very successful case!

Incredibly Grateful to Attorney William Inman Mr. Inman, who is a partner in the McCarthy Wilson law firm in Rockville, MD, resolved a long-standing dispute with an insurer in my favor. I signed on with Mr. Inman fully aware that his fee was limited by law, and would be minimal considering the numerous high-fee cases among his other clients. Thus, I expected little attention on his part while he naturally devoted more time and effort to high-fee clients. Surprise. Mr. Inman resolved my case on a fast timeline, was amazingly responsive to my phone calls and emails -- even on weekends and holidays. In addition, he won a significant financial settlement for me. In any legal action, you will find yourself working with paralegals, secretaries, and other support staff in the law firm. Their responsiveness and mindset about a client can be as important as that of the attorneys. In this regard, I have nothing but praise for the staff at McCarthy Wilson. To be fair, my excellent treatment at McCarthy Wilson may be the rule or the exception. I do not know. But I would highly recommend the firm to others in need of legal representation in the firm's areas of specialization and seeking justice. Give them a try.
