Mr Cannon and paralegal Isai are the truth. Stayed on my case until it was resolved. Isai is especially very good and always called to make sure I was doing okay and kept me updated without me having to call. Even if I did call she got right back with me. Make sure you ask for Isai and Mr Cannon personally to handle your case.

If you want your case dragged out for years on end come here. Promises of timelines and deadlines made constantly not achieved, I would rather the truth. My case got transferred here after my original attorney retired and boy am I sad that he retired. This place is unprofessional. This place makes empty promises as per attorneys usually do but cant even contact you for updates, I the client, have to reach out constantly and ask for updates, and of course that's when things happen. Deadlines aren't met, work isn't done. I get it things happen and take time but I am tired and exhausted with this office. Understanding legal processes take a while but at least have the due diligence to update your client on time and set them at ease, make them feel you are there for them, NOPE NOT HERE. I live my life on principle, something these folks don't. SO Unfortunate I had/am having the experience I am because I know there are capable people here. Never again, watch who you trust with these big loud Firms. This wasn't my first choice as I said before and never would have been for these reasons. Just my personal thoughts and opinions, you make yours.
