My experience with this lawyer was disappointing. I was given settlement dates that were later delayed. While I understand that legal matters can be complex, communication was not handled well. The amount I was told I would receive--confirmed in writing--was not honored. To make matters worse, they waited until the last minute to inform me that the amount had changed due to a miscalculation, despite my ongoing communication with their assistant throughout the day. I only found out when I arrived at their office. This lack of transparency and professionalism made the entire process frustrating and stressful.

I have worked with Michael for three separate cases. In each case he has exceeded my expections. When I get into a accident, Michael is one of the first people I call. His office is about 35-40 min away(with good traffic). I will travel there because, he's the guy I want on my case. That's all I can say.
