As the opposing party in a legal matter, I've had the unfortunate opportunity to witness the complete and utter train wreck that is Roberto's representation of his client. From the very beginning, it's been a masterclass in incompetence and unprofessionalism. First, there was the egregious blunder of requesting alimony, something absent from the agreement and exposing his total lack of preparation. This was just the first of many instances where Roberto demonstrated a shocking ignorance of the case details. His disregard for court orders is simply astounding. Missed deadlines, blatant defiance, and forcing me to waive my right to service to keep the case alive - it's a testament to his disrespect for the legal system and his client's interests. But perhaps the most disturbing aspect is his unprofessional behavior. Speaking negatively about his own client to me (the opposing party) is a shocking breach of trust and a violation of ethical standards. His emails and texts sent to me threatening to drop his client unless they comply with what he is advising is something that can be relayed to his client but saying that to the opposing party is unethical and has no place in the legal profession. His complete disregard for the court's order to compel discovery and the continued failure to submit the divorce decree despite the deadline demonstrate his utter contempt for authority and his client's well-being. Roberto is a walking advertisement for everything wrong with the legal profession. He is a danger to his clients and a stain on the reputation of lawyers everywhere. I urge anyone considering legal representation to steer clear of him at all costs. His incompetence and unethical behavior are a recipe for disaster. This experience has been a stark reminder of the importance of choosing the right legal representation. Roberto serves as a cautionary tale, a testament to the significant harm an incompetent and unethical attorney can inflict. By sharing my experience, I hope to warn others and help them avoid the nightmare of having Roberto as their lawyer.

I received services in regards to a name change. The attorney I dealt with was Roberto Ugarte. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I was dealing earlier with a different law firm and it was terrible. They could not get a simple name change paperwork done right for my son. Mr. Ugarte made the process very easy and he was able to get the job done. I am very pleased with his services which is why I am using him again for my other legal matters. I would highly recommend him if someone is looking for a professional and competent lawyer.

Do NOT go to this practice especially Roberto Ugarte. I put my trust in this attorney only to be ignored after I paid him $3000.00. My calls and emails were left un answered. I had to seek representation from another lawyer. Honestly such a painful and money draining experience!!!
