Purchase the property and there were people in the home that were unwilling to leave. From the beginning Dominic assured me this is not an issue and it will get done. Though it took a little longer than anticipated, the judge denying our motions another case was filed with district Court in which I was awarded possession. This case was all but straightforward, constant harassment from the tenants both to me and Dominic's firm, and the judge is involved.
