I turned to Attorney Henderson at an unfamiliar and unpleasant time when I was rear ended in Aug 2024 by another driver. Upon my 1st call, my needs were immediately addressed w clear instruction by Mr. Henderson, and ongoing support by paralegal (Robin). This was unfamiliar territory but I trusted the process and prevailed within 3 months. Attorney Henderson was persistent and diligent. He made this process smooth, and was able to get justice for me without the inconvenience of having to go to court. Robin was very kind, respectful, and always pleasantly communicative. I was hit by a drunk driver in october 2017. Only met him in person one time, by coincidence by both of us getting physical therapy, 99% of the time i had to contact him about my case, somehow i had to give him the number to the states attorney dealing with my case, never heard from him about asking how i was doing, getting a follow up on the status of restitution, reimbursement for pain and suffering, no rental, no issurance help from the drunk drivers insurance company. Just had the trial today. Still have not heard from him about coming to the trial or asking when it was etc. Non professional first impression with very long overgrown beard.
