Just wanted to drop a quick review from my most recent experiance which i was very dissatisfied. I've hired A&A on a few occasions dating back in the late 90s early 2000s and always had a satifying experiance. The lawyers has always been a pleasureb tob work with. The disappointment that I experiance was with the office staff. Being the face of the office,, Is being able to explain processes to your clients (when asked) when you inform them that there are specific processes in place. This is an important part of your job. Therefore one should not get frustrated at thw client when asked to explain the pricess so that they could have a better understanding. This is the office rep area of expertise not thw client. Although I didn't know the process, what was explaimed didnt make sense., then later o ne told differently. This is what makes a business look bad. It can be the tlre presentitive of a business that cause the business to loose clientsl. Because I know the professionalism of this law office, I will continue to hire them if needed but suggest improvement in the office management section where it involves customer service.
