I recently contacted this office to inquire about a possible legal case involving my daughter's school. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. Instead of listening, she repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation. When I stated that I wasn't sure what type of case it might be, she continued interrupting and asking the same question without giving me an opportunity to fully speak. Her tone and approach showed a clear lack of customer service skills and patience. The purpose of my call was to gather information and determine the proper direction for my daughter, who has been experiencing ongoing issues at her school. However, we never got that far due to the unprofessional handling of the call. I ultimately ended the conversation because it was impossible to communicate effectively. I hope the firm takes this feedback seriously, as the receptionist is the first point of contact and should reflect professionalism, patience, and basic listening skills.

My wife and I was introduced to this law firm, we were giving a zoom link meeting twice and nobody was there to attend to us, we scheduled a one on one visit between 10:00-10:45am. While running late we called the office to let them know we're running late and this was around 10:20am which means we still have atleast 20mins on the scheduled meeting time. The unprofessional customer service lady claimed they have canceled our appointment because we didn't show up, and I tried explaining to her what exactly went wrong with the prior meeting that their office scheduled on a holiday twice. They claimed someone was there waiting but nobody was actually there, even the male customer service apologized for it. They refused to reschedule and won't refund my $200. Just FYI their customer service is minus zero ,she hanged up and kept sending my calls to vmail. I will never recommend them for nobody.
