Don't waste your time with the LAW OFFICE OF ENRICO A. MCCLEARY II ESQ. that's licensed in MD, VA and DC. Please be advised once your personal information and all support for your case is uploaded to his portal, YOU CANNOT DELETE YOUR INFORMATION! I just want my info deleted. I don't want to be locked out of the portal I want all of my information deleted completely and immediately. Enrico could still be falsely working on my case and/or even awarded for my case and I would never know. He was very nice and thorough during our phone conversations however, once I signed the papers the communication stopped. Almost 3 months later, I sent a quick email asking about my case and a couple days later I received a poorly-written misspelled email with a Disengagement letter attached. There was no explanation as to why he decided to no longer represent me just a letter with my mailing address but salutations to someone else. Please don't waste your time or energy on this unprofessional wanna-be lawyer. Also, you can report any lawyer's misconduct to the bar. Visiting the ABA site and there's a directory of who to contact in your state. I try to support my community, I really do. Now I'm back to square one. Thanks for wasting my time Enrico.
