I worked with this lawyer several years ago. He was nice and professional, but in my experience, his approach seemed more focused on settlement than litigation. I would consider other options if you prefer a more aggressive attorney.

I have used the services of Mr Gilman for decades. Starting back in 2010 after the housing market crashed and I was going to lose my house, Mr Gilman negotiated a loan modification for me. When the time period of that modification expired Mr Gilman told me I knew what I was doing and to follow the previous example. I was able to keep this going for 10 years. I next contacted Mr Gilman when my mortgage was transferred to another Service Provider that did not recognize and honor the loan modification in place. Mr Gilman advised me on how to resolve this issue too. I ultimately was able to negotiate a settlement and my house is no longer underwater and safe. The third time I required Mr Gilman's services were regarding my timeshares and my wish to relinquish the properties. Gilman helped me solve a complicated situation that left me down and out financially.
