Eichelberger's Towing

A+ job! Got a dreaded transmission warning two hours from home. They answered the phone, showed up when they said they would, took care of my car, and even handled a steep hill at the destination no problem. And the price was reasonable too. Really grateful they were so able and willing to help!!

Great experience in a stressful circumstance. Yesterday a deer hit my car. I was able to get my car to the side of the road, but that was it. I called Eichelberger's Towing. Not only did they respond quickly, the dispatcher, Carly, was professional and calming.

Earlier this year a deer decided to identify as a rhinoceros and took out my car. It was freezing out (winter) and my face, hands, feet were getting numb. I called my insurance USAA and they sent the police and towing company. Around 1/2 hr later (I started to identify as a icicle) the police came and trailing behind Eichelberger's Towing. Let me just give a shout out to Charlie George who was the towing operator that showed up. The guy was professional, kind, concerned and provided me a ride to my house (I lived less than 5 min away). I told him that I would provide him a Google Review but then lost his card and could not think of the company name or his name. I recently found it, and so I am keeping my promise.

10/10 definitely recommend! Eichelbergers really came through for me last minute and towed my car into a really tricky space... very tight squeeze. He got the job done quickly & excellent customer service! Thank you! I'll definitely be a repeat customer

Needed a tow for a motorcycle from WV welcome center southbound on I81 to Twigg motorcycle in Hagerstown on 9/18/25. A distance of less than 10 miles travel. Service was within an hour arrival and thorough. Very expensive (275 dollars) was the cost for this tow. This was during work hours around 10-11am so I think it is very high. Just something to be aware. Like this owner said, get quotes to minimize chance of being taking advantage.
