David filed my transfer of status from L1 work visa to Adjustment of Status based on marriage to a US citizen without any problems. I got my temporary green card within a few months. Then 2 years later he filed my removal of conditions to get my permanent green card. Then after another year he filed my Naturalization application and I got that out of Pittsburg in less than 3 months. I highly recommend David Whalen.
