I had a consultation on FEBRUARY 19, 2025 for an Estate planning. Attorney arrived on time and provided information and we had a nice talk with him answering my questions. I provided my full name, email, and cell phone number, and verified that it was correct on attorney's paperwork. I was told I would be contacted with a clear cut explanation relating to all areas, a retainer agreement, etc... APRIL 22, 2025...As of this date, I had still NOT been contacted by any means from my FEBRUARY 19, 2025 consultation. I sent an email on April 22, 2025 to FIVE PEOPLE at this law firm's location. I received ONE out of office reply from the Admin Assistant...and NOTHING from the other four on the email. As of today, MAY 16, 2025, I have NOT been contacted in any manner, and have NOT received any replies or responses to my email from APRIL 22, 2025. I am unsure how this law firm continues to exist with their total disregard to clients. This lack of any type of follow up, lack of communication, and NO response to MY email is disrespectful. Shame on them. MAY 20, 2025 - UPDATED REVIEW I received a phone call from Cathy Ward relating to my review. Ms. Ward was very apologetic and embarrassed by her firms actions and lack of communication relating to my meeting and lack of follow up. I respect people that take responsibility for their businesses and mistakes, and she has assured me that these types of issues will be addressed accordingly. I wish this law firm nothing but the best going forward.

Amanda Schmidt was an amazing attorney for my divorce. She helped me understand what was going on, got all of the paperwork together and made the process so smooth. I knew nothing about the legal part of a divorce, which is why I had been putting it off for so long. She made it so simple and was kind, respectful and understanding throughout it all. Amanda Schmidt was the name of the lawyer who I hired to handle my child custody modification case. My case was time sensitive, in that my child was going to be moved out of her school against my will. Amanda swiftly started working on my case. She was able to communicate with the opposing attorney and settle my case by having a court order drafted stating that my child must remain in her school.
