I can't say enough good things about Kurt Roper and his team. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my case. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel supported during a very stressful time. Their attention to detail, strategic thinking, and dedication made a real difference in the outcome. If it wasn't for him I could've faced years but thankfully with his help I got 0 years.

I highly recommend Attorney Kurt Roper and his legal team for any family law cases or other legal matters. I was denied access to my kids for over 2years after a breakup and was luckily referred to Mr. Kurt. He is very professional, dedicated to his work and truly showed empathy at one of the lowest points in life. The case was scheduled for scheduling conference in March and he used his knowledge/expertise in family law to secure a temporary custody order that prioritizes my kids best interest (l have Primary Physical Custody) on July 8th, a day before my twins birthday. My kids, family and I are truly grateful for such a great outcome and looking forward to more wins!!!

I worked with Kurt Roper and he was terrible. I gave him 5 months and $3000 with almost nothing accomplished. My divorce agreement was drafted, never completed. I constantly had issues connecting with him, getting responses. One time went an entire month with nothing from him until I said I wanted to cancel my contract. He had his assistant contact me and ask me to call him. What? He should be calling me and profusely apologizing. He apologized and agreed to give me a 25% discount, so I agreed to give him another chance, but was very clear that I was not going to put up with this lack of communication and not getting things done. Didn't take long and he did it again. Now I am in a serious situation bc of his delays and lack of follow through and wasting literally 5 months. I could have been in court by now to address some very serious issues and now I am having to start over with another attorney and getting in to court is not a quick thing to do. I would find another attorney.
