I spoke with Deborah who was called to help my son at the detention center. She was so kind. Although I was unable to afford her fees, she listened, she then gave me direction and education as I had no clue what to do next. I wish there were more kind hearted folks like Deborah, this world would be a better place. She didn't have to hear me out, and she sure didn't have to give me all that guidance, but she DID! I had been putting off filing Bankrupsty for YEARS because I thought it was a long drawn out, expensive and difficult process. By recommendation of a friend I called Debbie, even after the first call I felt more comfortable with the process than I ever have before. She emailed me a questionnaire, councling class and requested just a few documents that I was able to complete the next day. Once the fee was paid we had about a 45 minute phone conversation I signed and sent back signature pages and just like that my case was filed. Wage garnishments stopped and on my way to getting almost 100k in debt wiped out. Debbie explained the options, what was going to happen and spoke with compassion. I could not recommend a better attorney than Debbie! In fact, my best friend is at her office now! :) Debbie is very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get my life back in order. What an amazing experience Deborah Van Bergen is one of the most passionate people I have meant in quite some time. I came to her to file bankruptcy which for anyone is a difficult decision.
