Mark G. Chalpin

This guy sold out a long time ago, which is the worst kind of lawyer you can ever be, or have on your side, and sadly a waste of an education. I honestly think he believed in the law at some point in time, but like most lawyers in America, especially Maryland, he sold out... just dosent care. I've been in a wheelchair efor 37 years,, I asked for his help to stop a criminal TOWING company known as Miller Towing and Recovery. Then they towed (stole) my handicap car out of a handicap parking spot on private property. Owners of the property in Maryland gave NO permission to tow my handicap car; company claims there was no handicap sign, other than the big Red wheelchair symbol on the back of my car. Of which, they drove the parking lot for a year, quite familiar with the fact I'm in a wheelchair, and that there was always a legal, in date, wheelchair place card legally issued. Miller Towing and Recovery, after stealing my car, refused to give me any paperwork what so ever, other than my credit card receipt for what I paid in extortion. This poor guy, like most Attorneys in Maryland have sold out.. and MOVED to a different State ... Which is sad, because I honestly think he had integrity at some point. Guess you're moving? Maybe you'll find solace in the fact you've lost integrity and left the little cases behind.

You know a good attorney when you find them. More specifically an attorney who is not money driven but rather willing to help their clients to the max and resolve their legal needs. I am reviewing Chalpin because he knows his way around the law and dedicates to serving his client's needs. He is well priced and makes it know upfront. He is very responsive and takes full responsibility of cases you bring to him. Unlike other attorneys in the Baltimore and Maryland area who would only speak to you after you pay them, Chaplin is the opposite. He offered me a free consultation and offered the choice to work with him or get back to him when I made my decision. I would like to say thank you Chalpin for being who you are and offering help when it was needed. You reassured me that there is still some hope with attorneys and not all of them are about the money but rather to help their client. I would have given infinity stars if it was possible

Mark Chalpin is an outstanding attorney. He represented me on a complex and difficult case with thousands of pages of detailed material that he had to closely review in a fairly short period of time. He was thorough, meticious and very knowledgable about procedure and the law. He was very professional and efficient and was able to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders. I highly recommend him.

I called in spoke with him directly about landlord tenant. Although he does not handle those kind of cases, he took the time to listen and give his advice and directed me where to go. Very, very caring any attorney that will take the time to help someone that he cannot even represent. Speaks volumes just imagine how far he will go to help his clients.
