This is probably the most hungry and terrifying law office I have ever worked with. From the beginning I felt like she sided with my spouse on our case, when we did our intake she would ask me questions and barely allowed me to speak or she made me feel as that I was the worst person alive. Secondly, one of the main things that bothered me was that her and the other two attorneys that represented both my spouse and I had CC'd my spouse in their conversations and I was left out in the dark. I seen the conversations due to my spouse showing me and the way they communicated about our case and us was disturbing and disgusting. Thirdly, when it came to financial matters, I was sent two invoices which I paid for in full, yes it took me an extra two weeks due to the financial issues I had going on but I maxed my credit cards to pay her. I was just informed that on 23 OCT she filed something with the courts that my spouse and I have not paid her $1750 which I was not even aware of the amount or situation because the last invoice I received personally was on 30 May 2025. Fourthly, she has admitted on email that things she requested which was sent to her were lost in her junk mail and if it wasn't for our attorneys she was again going to file something against us with the courts. To conclude, I would highly recommend running away from this office. She doesn't care about the children she' supposed to be protecting or the family involved. All she cares about is money. I have not had one good experience with her. I was warned about her and the PC about being cut throat to which is why I requested for them to be removed. I would say the best thing she did was helped my spouse and I agree on things because of the terrible way this case was handled. There are other resources available to you and free as well. Do your research Fredrick offers so many options. If I could do a zero star I would even a one star is extremely generous.

Tara is an excellent, knowledgeable attorney who can reason both effectively and efficiently. She marries her expertise well with my needs and circumstances as a client. She listens to my wants as a client and parent and provides rational, tailored advice (with explanations) regarding to the best steps to take as a parent in the eyes of the court. After having two attorneys I "fired", I can honestly say Tara's counsel is money well spent. While I hope to never find myself in family court anymore, if I have to go, I certainly want Tara to continue representing me and the interests of my child. It is not easy to find a good attorney especially for something as important as family court. But anyone who hires Tara is in great hands.

I really liked Tara a lot, unfortunately she took a new job before I could really see her go at it in court. She showed a lot of compassion towards me and my kids. She was always very good at getting back to me quickly. I wish her well in her new endeavors, but I'm sorry that my ex never had to truly face her in court.

Tara is an excellent attorney, extremely professional, very experienced but also someone you can work with. Currently have her engaged with a defamation case, and she knows her way around the Frederick courthouse.

Court appointed for my daughter. She is phenomenal. Wish I had had her for myself -I know I wouldn't continue to be screwed over!
