The initial handling of my work comp case was great. However, upon reaching a settlement agreement where my case was supposed to stay medically open I was given a 2 inch thick packet in which they submitted the wrong paperwork which I didn't catch at signing that effectively closed my case costing me upwards of 50k. This to me is a case of sloppy paperwork handling on a day where they had many mediation case involving settlements. I lost out on 50k and the medical coverage
