Let me make a statement!!! Albers& Associates is the place to be. They do not care about your race, creed or color. They fight for you like hell. They are not just about the money the or fame. They care, they are compassionate, they make you feel at home. I don't care the gravity of the case. This firm defines professionalism. Another thing that stood out for me in dealing with them is they will not give you false hope. No! Never. I cannot even remember how many times I asked about the outcome of my case. I had the same answer every time. That answer was always "we do not predict outcomes. We don't want to lie to you but we promise we will fight for you and I swear they will. Many people told me my case was not going to be treated with the seriousness it deserves because by their standards "I am minority in the wrong firm", but my gut told me they were wrong and you proved it. I wish I could give Ross more than 5 stars because 5 truly isn't enough to describe how awesome he and his team are. I was in a car accident in April and did a simple google search for a lawyer and found Ross. I called them and the secretary told me to come in and talk to Ross that same day to get the case going. He and his team are very welcoming. What I appreciate so much about Ross and his firm is how they explained everything to me in detail every step of the way, as well as making everything simple and easy for me to understand, especially since I had no experience dealing with a car accident. Ross and his team are great! I ended up settling the case for more than what was originally expected and that's due to Ross and his great team! Highly recommend!
