I would not recommend this firm based on my experience with their handling of workers' compensation claims. I've had two different case managers assigned to my case, and both have repeatedly failed to respond to my emails and important questions -- even when I was dealing with serious financial hardship and needed guidance about upcoming IME appointments and the cutoff of my benefits.
I fully understand that I'm not the only client, but I would still expect to be treated like one. Being ignored and left without clear answers while trying to recover from an injury has added tremendous stress to an already difficult time.
As a client who is still under medical care and not receiving any income, I expected professionalism, communication, and support -- none of which I've consistently received.
I hope this feedback encourages the firm to take client communication more seriously.

On the surface, this group is reputed. My account is very different. They were remiss on many of the obligations that they stated they were going to do. The case could have moved along smoother if their paralegals or whomever was appointed my case stayed vigilant. But this was not the case. Long story short, it took three years to do something that could have been negotiated in just over a year. For the time they took and the injuries I sustained, I should have received double the payment. They will get the job done if you have the time, but I believe I was slighted. If you are not completely crippled you will have a hard time. They want the fast money. Be prepared for very nasty customer service if you decide to ensure they are staying on top of your case. They do what they want when they want.

I honestly would not recommend this law group at all. The services were not good. The lawyer representing my case tried to get me to settle for half of what my original reward offer was supposed to be. I had to beg him four times to look back into the case to find the grammatical errors in my original offer. Before that, the lawyer just tried to discount their retainer fee and send me on my way, which left thousands of dollars on the table."

I'm sorry that I'm just now writing my review because I've been with the company since 2013 and I cannot complain because I've gotten nothing short of GREAT service. I see other people complaining about how many case workers they've been through but, they fail to realize that in any business people come and go/grow and move on to bigger and better opportunities. I've been with John since 2013 like I said but, I still get Great customer service and when I do get a new person they email me to introduce themselves and then a follow up call to talk about my case. The ladies that I have now are Super Sweet and very knowledgeable and keeping me informed about my case. John I just want you to know that my caseworker and her assistant are AWESOME and doing you proud. Thank You to my caseworker and your your assistant/assistant's for doing a Wonderful job and keeping me informed. You ladies also get five (5) STARS. Again I can't Thank y'all enough.

John Hall is great and so are the case workers and managers I've dealt with. Only issue I ever had was one day with the receptionist when calling the 5000 number. Now I had called first time was transferred and spoke with someone about a scheduling issue with no problem and was waiting on a call back. I was having a bit of a busy day and attempting to juggle phone calls from their office amongst other things going on. So I was left a second message by a member of their team and I called back a second time asked to speak with the person re scheduling the appointment and politely apologized for calling back a second time and since I missed the call back and made A statement about "playing phone tag".
The receptionist rudely replied "no you talked to her" which caught me off guard as I've had dealing with the office before from an unrelated incident and they were wonderful. I am hope that person was just having an off day as we have had and are entitled to. But if was very unprofessional in my opinion and I hope this is addressed in the near future. If it wasn't for this incident I would of gladly of given the office 5 out of 5 but to me this out burst was uncalled for. I could see if I had called the office 100 times but I simply called the office 2 times. It was even more irritating that I had a previous appointment that they rescheduled 3 time do to a schedule conflict on their end and I never once complained to treat anyone from their office in this manner as I understand things in life come up and it sometimes can't be avoided.
