Helfrich & De Lozier

I've been trying to contact this office for days. Seems like nobody answers messages there. Also, you can no longer reach them by email. We made a large pmt to the office for a late HOA fee, back in January. The company still has no record of us making the payment. Our only proof is a bank statement showing where we made the payment to their office. We are now being told by the district Court that we have 30 days to make a payment, we already made.

I worked with Mr. De Lozier and his staff several times over the last 16 years. I have found them to be responsive, diligent, and professional. On one occasion, Mr. De Lozier made himself available after hours to complete a required document. Grateful for their work and professionalism.

Do not have him as an attorney because I and my father have been screwed over and he has just kept cases going on and on just so he can get paid he's only in it for the money don't use him unless you just wanna burn money he's kept my grandfathers estate open for 6 years to just drain the funds from it and it's still open to this day so my advice and fair warning to anyone lookin to use him DONT!! he's just gonna steal your money. STAY AWAY FROM HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. They refuse payments and try to make you pay more than what you owe.

Runs up unnecessary bills without doing the work. Not professional.
