My dealings with paralegals Anthony and Patrick have been awful. Neither one seems to know what they're doing and Anthony is straight-up obnoxious! This business has an F rating with the BBB, which is not surprising. I am unable to get any information regarding a garnishment summons that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere. It's for a credit card that I supposedly opened 10+ years ago. When I called the law office, they were unable to give me the name of the credit card. They gave me a random cc # and told me to google it. Really? I've never received a collections notice from this law office, and suddenly a levy was placed on my bank account. I pulled my credit report and nothing is listed under collections. I have reported them to the BBB and the Maryland Bar Association. I suggest others do the same, because this law firm is definitely unscrupulous.

Paralegal Anthony Torreno was completely unprofessional and condescending when I spoke with him. He behaved like an animal on the phone. Definitely trying to compensate for something. Maybe he's angry because he couldn't hack it as a lawyer and had to settle for paralegal status? The law firm was also unable/unwilling to provide information regarding a debt that I supposedly owe from over 10 years ago! I received a garnishment summons and a levy was placed on my bank account without any warning! NOTHING is listed on my credit report under collections. I've never received notice via mail or telephone that an account of mine is in collections. When I asked the law office to provide the name of the credit card they are collecting for, they were unable to tell me. They gave me a random credit card number and said if I googled it, I could probably find out the store that it is connected to. Seems rather suspect. They have an F rating with the BBB and there are several complaints similar to mine! This needs to be investigated further.

It's almost impossible to get a hold of an active attorney there. But one day I got lucky and was paired up with Pat. Pat helped me tremendously. Thank you, Pat!

Will not return any calls or emails. It didn't allow me to make a payment this month, so I have been reaching out. No answer. I'm glad I have a paper trail, because apparently they have a habit of taking people to court for fun. And yes, I rechecked my information, and reentered it several times, with the same message. I am getting nowhere.

Horrible business. Never answers phones or returns calls. I have been trying to contact this office for weeks with no follow up.
