Harford County State's Attorney's Office

The worst place ever. Harford county knows nothing and just does what they please. The criminal system is a joke. I suggest doing things on your own accord rather than going through these people or the law. Terrible. Never had a good experience with them and they allow convicted felons to walk the streets after assaulting in public in front of children.

Not much has changed since new leadership took over. The abuse of system continues unabated with no methods for addressing concerns that can readily identified by those being abused. The Harford County voters were hoping we would not see more of the Cassilly administration, but for now it seems like that is exactly what will continue. SA the voters are watching and you have mixed results at this point in time. Time to do better.

Don't expect them to be on your side. They totally took the side of my abuser. It was almost worse than the abuse.

They are very unprofessional here and very nasty to talk to on the phone. This place is a disgrace to harford county. It need new employees that don't mind doing their job
