I came to DiPaula Law seeking guidance and representation in a civil lawsuit filed against me. A few years ago I mistakenly let my auto insurance coverage lapse. During this brief time I was involved in an accident, to which I was declared at fault. A little over a year ago the insurance provider of the other driver contacted me in an attempt to collect a very large sum of money. I had no where close to the amount they were demanding and had no idea where to begin. DiPaula law was quick to respond and meet with me to discuss my situation and explore my options. At first we contemplated filing for bankruptcy and I was provided a detailed explanation of the whole process by Carolyn Evans, who was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Ultimately, we decided that this was not my best option and we took the case to pre-trial. Here, I was represented by Tony DiPaula who provided me with an outcome far better than I had hoped for. We were able to come to a settlement agreement for a significantly lower amount than the original claim. Tony negotiated a payment plan that I can afford, got it so I did not have to put any money down to begin with, made sure I was protected in the case that I miss a payment, and literally saved me so much money. I cannot thank DiPaula Law enough for helping me get through this and I would highly recommend them!
