I had a wonderful experience working with The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler on my personal injury case. From start to finish, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping me through a difficult process. We faced a lot of frustration dealing with an uncooperative car insurance company, but Daniella Hohman went above and beyond to keep everything on track. She was always prompt in her responses, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the case. Thanks to her hard work and attention to detail, my settlement was handled smoothly and successfully. I'm truly grateful for the care and support I received and would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of a trustworthy and dependable legal team.

I was referred to this attorney's office through my chiropractor after my car accident in Dec 2022. They have been wonderful, referring me to doctors and working with me closely. They've been supportive and very thorough with everything, taking their time to answer my questions and work with me. Yes, communication can be long between, but that is because they are collecting the information needed for a settlement and/or lawsuit. They worked closely with my insurance and reached an agreement with them to almost double their settlement offerings. This was also done super quickly and efficiently. Thank you, specifically to Michele, for being extremely helpful during this entire process. Here's to hopefully never needing a lawyer again, but if I ever do, I'll be going right back to Heisler!

She was direct, honest, and handled business without delay. The effort she put into my case was solid and dependable. As a combat veteran, I value precision, discipline, and getting things right the first time. Dani, you earned that respect. I salute your work ethic. But no one succeeds alone. A sharp team reflects sharp leadership--and that's exactly what I saw at The Law Firm of Steven Hisler. That's why I returned after being hit by a second driver. Repeat business says more than five stars ever could. Both cases were resolved better than I expected. I've already referred family to this firm--and I don't take that lightly. ******UPDATE****** Mr. Heisler withdrew from representing me as of May 16, 2025. Despite my repeated attempts to contact his office--including calls and written requests--I have yet to receive the documents necessary to proceed with my new attorney. As of today, June 9, 2025, I still have not received my file. This ongoing lack of communication is unacceptable and is significantly hindering the progress of my case. ***initial review*** I hired Steve Heisler's office shortly after my injury in February 2025. Initially, communication was excellent--fast and professional. However, since I completed therapy, that communication has drastically declined. I reached out for an update on April 24, and as of May 16, I have yet to receive any response. It's very disappointing to experience such a long delay in communication, especially when timely updates are so important in legal matters. I expected the same level of responsiveness I received prior to becoming a client, and I hope this issue is addressed moving forward.

Steven H. Heisler and his team/staff are very professional and compassionate. They listen with the desire to help you. The are patient and honest. ( I've never called a law firm honest until this team) They don't rush you through process and they stay in touch with you. They even ask you how are you doing. And the follow up.
