This has been my 2nd time using Malloy Law offices for a car accident that wasn't my fault. Alex & Camila handled everything for me with the auto claim and my injury claim. They regularly checked in with me to give me updates on the claim and I never had to reach out to them for updates. Thank you Alex & Camila for making a difficult situation worry free.

I want to specifically thank Carla Sepulveda for always being available to me whether a phone call or email. She was the one that could get any question or concern I had answered in an expedient manner and Stephen Caramenico for understanding my frustration through certain processes but never took it as a personal attack and still made me feel like I was the only client he had before him...... I'm 100% satisfied from the beginning til the end !

The situation was a bit complicated, as I was on vacation in Alaska when the accident occurred, but the staff was incredibly thorough and attentive throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made me feel like a true team member, guiding me every step of the way. Though there were some minor hiccups along the way due to staff changes, I never felt abandoned or overlooked. They worked diligently to keep things moving forward and ensured that my needs were always met with care and professionalism.
