This review is far long overdue! I was having problems with my HOA for over three years and had no way of getting out of it. Even reaching out to their attorney to explain my side of the issue was unsuccessful. Finding representation proved difficult, too. While shopping for representation , I ran into The Holland Law Firm PC. Mr. Emanwel Turnbull was the lawyer that I spoke with. Not only did he gave his time generously, but went ahead to advise me on how to proceed. After reviewing my concerns, he reached back to me and noted that the HOA and even their law firm were not only unfair, but have violated some Maryland state codes. To make this story short, a class action was filed by Mr Turnbull agents both the HOA and their law firm. We won both and I was well renumerated! Now you know! I was recently represented by Jessica at the Holland Law Firm in a collection lawsuit defense. From the process of booking a consultation, to that first meeting itself, and all the following communication and time in court, my experience was wonderful.
