I had an incredible experience with Nick Mastracci and the entire Rice/Posner/Mastracci Firm. Nick was instrumental in helping me work through a difficult divorce - he was always responsive to my desires and helped me work through the process every step of the way. We chose Stacey Rice and her team because when I consulted with her she immediately took control and gave me straight forward, honest answers. She is well known for rocking a courtroom in litigation. She is clearly competent and confident in the field of family law. When an issue arose she handled it. She understood our custody schedule (we are public safety) and was also patient (which I needed because of how stressful the process is). Strategic is also a word I would use to describe her. She also didn't drag out our case for billable hours like my ex-husband's firm did. She was genuinely concerned about our time and investment into her firm.
