This review is long overdue because I have had the pleasure of working with Kathleen for almost 2 years. She rescued my divorce from an attorney who was simply incompetent, arrogant and nearly criminal in his approach to managing my case. The process and cost ($$$$) of dissolving my marriage prevented me from accomplishing any simple task or step to bring it to conclusion and Kathleen was able to swoop in to bring my divorce to it's conclusion in days and weeks after our first meeting. At our first meeting, she invested the time to understand my needs and set clear expectations in order to get my case over the finish line, WITHOUT feeling that it was an endless cycle of billable hours. For the first time in many years, I had an opportunity to enjoy the Christmas holiday with my family. Just recently, my ex wife was making idle and baseless threats and harassing me over SMS and via strongly-worded letters from her attorneys. Or....It's what I call 'the second Friday of the month.' Kathleen didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and give me a call to provide me with exactly the type of advice and counsel that I can trust. In both my personal and professional life, I have met and been acquainted with attorneys of all legal disciplines and have yet to meet someone that has the same level of professionalism, experience and integrity as Kathleen Kirchner. I had a wonderful experience with Kathleen while she helped me draft a prenuptial agreement. She was very communicative and her team was always very helpful when I reached out. Kathleen was always patient and helpful when I asked her all of my questions. I definitely recommend her!

My experience with Kathleen M. Kirchner was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At the start, she recycled someone else's prenuptial agreement, including unrelated personal information, instead of producing a properly customized document. That alone showed a lack of care for a highly sensitive legal matter. Despite giving her clear written instructions and forwarding the other party's draft, Kathleen missed multiple key emails, failed to follow through with her responsibilities, and repeatedly made excuses ("I thought I sent it," "I didn't receive it," etc.) instead of taking accountability. She also produced work riddled with grammatical and factual errors. The contract we signed stated that the agreed-upon fee would cover the work through to completion--there was no clause allowing additional charges. Yet at the last minute, Kathleen demanded more money outside the contract. When I rightfully refused, her behavior changed drastically: she became sloppy, dismissive, and started creating confusion, failing to send critical revisions to the other attorney and dragging her feet on basic tasks. Her overall handling of my case showed a serious lack of diligence, professionalism, and integrity. She was disorganized, careless, and unaccountable--qualities that are unacceptable for an attorney, especially in time-sensitive legal matters. I strongly caution anyone considering her services to think twice and do their research. My experience was frustrating, stressful, and far below any reasonable professional standard.

Any negative reviews on here are inaccurate and false. Kathleen handled my criminal case and divorce. She tells it like it is (which is what you need), she communicates with you throughout the process, her prices are extremely reasonable, you get a 5-star attorney, and she actually cares about you and it shows. I trust Kathleen with my life, and recommend her to any and all. She helped get me my life back when I thought I was going to jail, and would lose everything I worked hard for to my ex-wife. Don't risk your freedom and money going elsewhere...use the best which is Kathleen Kirchner!

Kathleen is an absolute amazing attorney she represents my friend Taylor . Kathleen is worth ever penny she cares about her clients she doesn't take any foolishness and she will get the job done .
