If I could give this law office a minus star, I would. The communication is awful! You call, they transfer you over to a paralegal who then says send an email. You send two emails with no response. You call back to follow up and is told by a rude paralegal, your request is not a priority and the person who handles payoffs will get to it when they get to it. This law office handles debt collection so if I am calling to get a pay-off amount to pay off said debt, you would think they would be more responsive. Make it make sense! Filing a complaint!

I've been calling this office for 3 months with no return calls but yet continue to file court documents against me for payment. I just called and the rudest, most unprofessional receptionist answers per usual, speaks to me condescendingly and hangs up. My HOA could careless. But they don't want to work with you... smh. How is he still in business

They really deserve 0 stars. This Law firm has no communication, the system is always down and it's hard to tell if anyone is actually working because Ive called 6 different times over 2 months and no one is able to give me an answer. It's always "can I give you a call back" which never happens. Ive you have a chose of dealing with this company or not please go somewhere else. Very Unprofessional Firm. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

AGREE WITH ALL THESE REVIEWS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. YOU'D THINK THAT THE DEBT COLLECTORS WOULD WANT TO PROVIDE A PAYOFF AMOUNT - UNTIL YOU REALIZE THEY DON'T BECAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY IN INTEREST. I'D GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. THIS LAW FIRM IS A BUNCH OF SHADY PEOPLE. BEING TOLD IT TAKES MONTHS TO PROVIDE A SINGLE STATEMENT UPON REQUEST WHEN A TOTAL AMOUNT WAS CASUALLY GIVEN OVER THE PHONE LESS THAN TWO DAYS PRIOR TELLS US THAT THEY NOW HAVE TO TRY TO MAKE UP THE AMOUNT THAT THEY PREVIOUSLY STATED AND ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT IS WELL OVER TWICE THE AWARDED AMOUNT WHEN LOOKING AT THE JUDICIAL PAPERWORK. FILING GRIEVENCES WITH THE STATE BAR NOW. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SHADY ATTORNEY, THEN I GUESS YOU FOUND ONE. NO WONDER THEY REPRESENT THE WORST OF THE WORST - HOAS. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY HOLDING OUT INFORMATION TO PREVENT PAYMENT - AND I WOULDN'T DOUBT IT'S AT THE REQUEST OF THE HOA.

I wish I could give them 0 stars I'm on a payment plan with them and emailed them in September that I was unable to make the September payment due to health issues they never replied to my email. I than proceeded to make the October, November and December payment and special assessments: all of the sudden today they had a hold on my account for the Debt stating that they had not received a payment for November or December. When I gave her the check number and she realize she was wrong, she proceeded to tell me "oh well you do make those payments but you still missed September payment so nothing I can do" They are the worse law office there could be. Inhumane, disrespectful. They are so unprofessional. Big time scammers I will report them in every possible way
