I spoke with Jim Ellison on 10/22/25, after contacting his firm 0n 10/21/25 about a serious legal matter concerning a statute of limitations issue/question. Time was of the essence and he returned my call the following morning (twice to be exact because my phone was on silent & I missed his first call). He answered all of my questions, took his time & gave me the statues and laws, strategized a path forward around my specific time constraints pertaining to my case and was very informative. He gave me names, websites, journalists & vital information to help me & provided the name of another law firm who specializes in this area that might be willing to assist. He was honest and insightful and I truly appreciated the 42 minutes of his time that he spent with me to explain my rights under the law. Not once did he seem annoyed or hesitant to continue his research and to provide me with answers to my follow up questions. He knew he wasn't going to be able to assist me personally, yet that did not deter him from helping me & I truly felt he was doing so out of the kindness of his heart.
