Founded in 1996, we are a full-service law firm and title company, covering the fields of Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Corporations & LLCs, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Municipal Law. Butler Whittier LLC merged with O'Donnell Lee, P.A. in October 2017, further enhancing our real estate title and settlement division. After 25 years at our Silver Street location, the Firm moved to new offices on Kennedy Memorial Drive in January 2022. July 1, 2024, a further merger with Marden, Dubord, Bernier & Stevens was made to ensure the ongoing provision of services to the clients of both firms.
