Ive had Dave on my cases for little over two years, and I thought I was going to receive a pretty significant amount of jail time. Thankfully, David being as smart as he is got all five of my cases down to sixty days. Which I had a mandatory minimum on one of my felony charges. David is an absolute behemoth of an attorney. He took my case pro-bono, & despite the fact I'm not even in the Midcoast area(I'm from Southern ME) , and truly because he actually DOES care about helping the community, especially the marginalized like myself. I was facing felony charges for something I was wrongfully accused of (like, arbitrary arrest & detention, not "well they didn't have enough evidence" ... legitimately.) And because I was innocent of what was alleged, what would have been a felony conviction for something that never took place, & six months of jail time, all turned into just a fine, which in total wasn't anything more than 5 bills. Being that I was falsely accused of a myriad of noise, David made sure the other side KNEW that, and he refused to have me serve any jail time, especially for something that I didn't do. I am someone with panic disorder & lots of anxiety & the fact that David was ALWAYS there to make a joke, or ease my mind, that will never be something I don't appreciate.
