From a customer service and human decency standpoint, I'd never consider this firm. I recently was visiting the area and paid to park across from their firm, unbeknownst to me, they "own" the spot I paid for until 5 o'clock... The moment my family and I exited the car, they had someone calling to have my car towed right away. Snowballing the entire day into quite the negative ordeal. Yes, I realize this has nothing to do with their legal representation, BUT, their complete lack of compassion, empathy or care was very clear. I had dealings with two individuals specifically but, Nancy especially didn't care in the least about my HONEST and paid for mistake. Her downright rude and cold demeanor should have turned me off right away but she was the one I was told to deal with. The first time I asked to speak with her she was just plain mean and it was clear she has zero ability to listen to concerns and be compassionate. The second time I needed to speak with her, she refused to come speak with me and sent out one of the firms partners to handle my issue (handle being a very loose term) It boils down to this: parking lot drama is something that happens often. The parking company who owns and manages the lot and the tow company were very fed up with having to deal with this same story over and over again- even naming the same employee before I even had a chance to. This law firm benefits from calling and having cars towed and enjoys the entertainment factor of watching through their window while families or people are in distress because they followed all signs and prompts and likely PAID for a spot. The firm has 3 signs placed in this lot, leading patrons to believe the other spots are available for use if paid via the app listed on the sign. This is a known issue, the firm has been advised they can simply pay for 3 more signs and avoid this saga all together (again, since it is a common happening) but they choose to just lean on the vague signage and lack of compassion to, what I can only assume, gain some type of monetary or comedic kickback. I can't speak to their ability to practice law, but if they treat their clients like they do patrons off the street, I'd avoid thier representation at all costs.
