What a fantastic law firm! I was in desperate need of a Realistate lawyer and needed the help quick! I had a deal that was falling apart and the seller no longer wanted to sell the property. Due to specific circumstances, I didn't have the luxury of finding a different place. Aaron K Baltes has represented me in various legal matters from the time I was 18-19 years old. I am 36 now and thanks to Aaron I have a clean record. We were late in securing a Law Firm that could help expedite a real estate closing, on short notice. I emailed Paul Driscoll on Friday, informed by his Assistant Gail immediately that he was away, would be back Monday. I explained my urgency. Paul emailed me Saturday and we spoke Sunday afternoon. By Monday, 10am, Paul said we should be ready to close by Friday. Amazing (!). And we were and did close Friday...Double Amazing. Extremely happy w/ Paul and his Team's ability to Get It Done. A terrific law firm. The staff was fantastic and the lawyers are very knowledgeable and do a wonderful job representing you. The firm deals in various types of law and are highly rated. A lot of Maine's top lawyers work there. Definitely a place to go if you need any type of legal advice.
